Avocado Berry Smoothie/Sorbet Recipe

This recipe came about because one day I asked my kiddo what he wanted to eat and he said “avocado smoothie!” So into the kitchen we went and came up with something truly delicious. Since avocados are so rich and creamy this recipe can either be a filling smoothie with the right amount of liquid, or a delectable sorbet you can eat with a spoon. I’m always conscious of the amount of sugar I consume so while there’s a few different fruits in here, they are all in small quantities and the avocado balances them just right so that the end result is just a tad sweet.
